This beginner-level Serbian course is designed for individuals taking their first steps in learning the language or refreshing basic skills. It is ideal for those who want to build a strong foundation in everyday vocabulary and common phrases to communicate confidently in simple, practical situations.

Throughout the course, students develop essential language skills, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with a particular focus on understanding and using basic expressions for daily communication.

Upon successful completion of the A1.1 course, students will be able to understand and use familiar everyday expressions and very basic phrases. They will be able to introduce themselves and others, ask and answer simple questions, and participate in straightforward conversations, provided the other person speaks slowly and clearly. They will be equipped to handle simple interactions and communicate personal information, as well as describe their immediate environment using simple language.

After finishing this course, students are encouraged to continue their language learning journey with the A1.2 (Elementary) course, which builds on the foundations established in this beginner program and further develops communication skills and vocabulary.
